Polenta with mushroom ragout and greens
Made this last night. It was good - and easy. This is here as a reminder to myself.
Saute diced bacon to render the fat. Add rinsed chopped kale, toss and steam in it's own moisture until tender.
Meanwhile, slice prepared polenta into 1/2" slices and bake on a greased pan at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Top with mushroom ragout (mushrooms sauteed with chicken broth, onions, tomato paste, etc...leftover spaghetti sauce would work too)

A recent article at DailyKos points out what you get when you remove all the advertising, gossip and fluff pieces from the homepage of CNN.com.
