Worm is Hot!
Claire is reading. She sat down and read the beloved children's classic, Worm Is Hot, to Charlie last night. She's able to read 3 and 4 letter words, but it's a start. She's loving her class at the Gardner school, and we're planning on having her reading at a tenth-grade level by the time she enters kindergarten (just kidding...maybe?)

A Ladybug's Tale
Claire has requested this little video that I found on YouTube, so I posted it here so she can find it again. I hear that this is a proof of concept and/or pilot for an animated series that showcases different aspects of the natural world. I think it's pretty funny and evidence that someone has seen the pod-racer scene in Star Wars a few times.

Charlie enjoying his Jonathan Jump-up. For anyone who has seen Delicatessen, you might recognize the sound it makes.
