Belly update - we're almost there

Here's an update of Grey-Hatton baby #2. Still internal to mommy's tummy, but definitely making his presence known.

Oh what a feeling...

Claire performed her first dance recital for the extended Grey-Hatton family and 25 other parents and hangers-on.
There I was, dressed in my sweater vest and manning the video camera. A more cliched scene you could not have imagined.

Regardless, I would not have traded places with anyone. It was a great experience.

You'll eat that foie-gras... and like it!

Here's a great New York Times article that describes our philosophy regarding "kids food" to a "T". Generation Pad Thai - New York Times

Uh, you got a little junk in the corner of your mouth.

Talk amongst yourselves.

As I was tying Claire's shoes yesterday morning, she said,
"I love you daddy. In my world, you guys are everything".

I got a litte verklemmt. Had to take a minute to recover.

Chuck Norris Facts

Chuck Norris Facts:

Chuck Norris' tears cure cancer. But he is so badass, he has never cried. Ever.

Chuck Norris does not hunt because the word hunting infers the probability of failure. Chuck Norris goes killing.

Chuck Norris discovered a new theory of relativity involving multiple universes in which Chuck Norris is even more badass than in this one. When it was discovered by Albert Einstein and made public, Chuck Norris roundhouse-kicked him in the face. We know Albert Einstein today as Stephen Hawking.

...and More!

Skankin to the Beat

Claire, while not aware of her emulation of the mid-80's craze of Skankin to punk music, has inadvertently evoked a bygone era. That and she's hella funny when she dances...

Here's the video (You may want to turn down your speakers.)

Our masterpiece

Claire and I (OK, mostly I), created this wonder of log architecture tonight. Sometimes, I think that these great toys are wasted on kids.

My Portrait

I am assured that those are my hips, not what they look like.
